Refund policy

Returns

Every recovered garment can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, with its labels attached and in its original packaging. Write to cosanostr4@cosanostra.ltd with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label. Garments that show signs of use, alteration or damage cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once the garment reaches us and passes inspection, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Returns are free: the return label is on us. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are free. Write to us with your order number and the size you need: we send you a prepaid return label and ship the new size at no cost as soon as the return is on its way. To change the colourway, return the garment and place a new order.

Damaged or wrong items

If a garment arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
