Refund policy

Returns

Every recovered garment can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, with its labels attached and in its original packaging. Write to cosanostr4@cosanostra.ltd with your order number and we will send you the return instructions. Garments that show signs of use, alteration or damage cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once the garment reaches us and passes inspection, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the garment arrived damaged or was not the one ordered.

Exchanges

To exchange a size or a colourway, return the garment and place a new order; this guarantees the new piece is reserved for you while the return travels.

Damaged or wrong items

If a garment arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
