Terms of service

These terms govern every purchase made through the Cosa Nostra private archive and its checkout, operated by Cosa Nostra ("we"). By placing an order you accept them.

Products and availability

Every garment is produced in limited numbers. Files shown as pending or sealed are not for sale. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a garment is no longer available; in that case you are refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments or the payment provider you choose at checkout; we never see or store your card details. An order is confirmed only when you receive the confirmation email.

Intellectual property

All names, images, videos, texts and designs of the archive are the property of Cosa Nostra and may not be reproduced without written permission. The subjects and stories of the archive are fictional.
