Recovery conditions

Every garment is prepared and dispatched by our fulfilment partner within 2 to 4 business days of the order. Delivery takes 8 to 12 business days to Europe and the United Kingdom, 10 to 15 business days to the Americas and 12 to 20 business days to the rest of the world, depending on the destination and customs.

Rates

Standard shipping costs US$15. Shipping is free on orders of US$100 or more. Rates are shown at checkout before payment.

Duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking

Every order receives a tracking number by email as soon as it is dispatched. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, write to cosanostr4@cosanostra.ltd and we will resolve it.
